💥I’m gonna be totally transparent here.💥Over the summer, I gained 5 lbs. 😔Now I know that doesn’t sound like much, but for me, it is. I can *feel* it in my stomach and thighs. I got so caught up in cold beers on hot summer days, pizza by the pool, and being super willy nilly about my nutrition, that it all caught up to me.

The good news is that I know exactly what I need to do. And with this upcoming challenge I plan to shed those 5 lbs. (plus more!!) and get my butt in gear again. Woop woop!!👊🏻👍🏻

💥💥This is the face of someone, who *really* needed a heart-pumping, sweat-dripping, lungs-burning workout this morning. Over the last week I drove a combined 25 hours in the car 🚙 with 2 kids under age 4 alone through Washington D.C. traffic (need I say more for those of you who have traveled I-95?). My back is cramped, my hip flexor are tight, and my knees are sore.😝

But my trio of workouts this morning–#InsanityMax30 + #HammerandChisel + #CountryHeat–made me feel SO good!! 💪🏼👍🏻My body craves movement and without it, it revolts on me by tightening up and feeling more sore. Anyone else get like this??

I actually don’t have a bucket list (unless you call mentally storing away in the back of your chaotic brain all the things you’d *like* to do some day). But now I’m thinking: now is as good a time as ever to start one. First on the list: see the Grand Canyon. How bout you?
